This role emphasizes the development of repeatable, quantifiable risk signals to directly inform product underwriting. ## Responsibilities - Design and own the core adversarial test stack for AI agents, focusing on red-teaming techniques such as **prompt injection**, **jailbreaks**, **tool-abuse**, **data exfiltration**, and agentic-specific attack chains. - Develop threat models for various AI agent deployments to enhance security measures. - Transform identified vulnerabilities into structured, repeatable risk signals aligned with frameworks like **OWASP**, **MITRE**, **ATLAS**, and **NIST AI RMF**. - Investigate emerging attack vectors targeting AI agents and integrate mitigation strategies into existing methodologies. - Collaborate directly with customers' engineering teams to validate findings and reproduce identified issues. ## Qualifications - 1 to 5 years of hands-on offensive/red-teaming experience with familiarity in frameworks such as **Promptfoo**, **Garak**, **Giskard**, and **PyRIT**. - Proficiency in **threat modeling**, **vulnerability assessment**, and **penetration testing**. - Capable of building custom tools rather than just executing existing ones. - Proven track record in **bug bounty programs** or platforms like **HackerOne**. - Self-directed and innovative, as the role requires defining foundational processes early in the development stage. ## Preferred Skills - Experience within **AI governance** or at an **AI security startup**. - Knowledge of agent frameworks and an understanding of how agents can fail in a production environment. - Background in **risk quantification** is beneficial. ## Experience 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in offensive security and red teaming. ## Environment This role is primarily onsite in **Bangalore**. ## Salary *Salary information is not specified.* ## Growth Opportunities *Opportunities for career advancement within the company are not specified.* ## Benefits *Benefits offered are not specified.*
