Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement production-grade AI solutions to meet enterprise needs.
- Improve AI performance through prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding, and vector search.
- Lead the full project lifecycle for web applications and digital workflows with a focus on process automation using n8n.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure groups to integrate AI services into existing stacks via APIs.
- Produce structured technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and internal training guides for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct research to advance conversational abilities, decision‑making processes, and system adaptability.
- Experiment with open‑source libraries and emerging tools to implement novel AI capabilities within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in AI development, specifically with RAG and NLP systems.
- Senior‑level candidates require over 5 years of experience delivering large‑scale, production‑grade AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with specific experience in PostgreSQL and vector databases.
- Demonstrated expertise with Generative AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, Ollama, and Model Context Protocol.
- Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, alongside cloud‑native deployment on AWS or Azure.
- Strong background in data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering for machine learning models.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deliver high‑quality results within tight project deadlines.
