【AI Server & Data Center】Sr. Manager, Business Program Management (US-based)

1. Develop and execute the annual growth plan for North America AI server business, translating HQ goals into clear local strategies.

2. Manage and govern senior customer relationships, lead key commercial negotiations, contract structures, and escalations for major issues.

3. Build and continuously improve the cross-border collaboration model between U.S. BD and Taipei R&D / factory teams to ensure alignment, information flow, and effective resource allocation.

4. Monitor the financial health of the program portfolio and drive quarterly business performance reviews (QBRs).

5. Lead and develop the team, coaching BPM and TPM members, ensuring program compliance standards, and strengthening domain expertise in AI infrastructure.
