Perform POGR checks (scheduled and manual), manage DNs and SO releases.
Oversee shipment coordination, including pre-DNs, CRMA DNs, shipping plans, PGI processing, and document handling.
Handle order commitment, ensuring on-time fulfillment and delivery schedules.
Facilitate weekly and monthly order tracking reports, SOD/RSOD tracking, and team OT arrangements.
Resolve POGR/PGI EDI errors, address system/process issues, and assist with UAT tests.
