3. Develop Commercial & Pricing Strategies
- Develop commercial strategies and pricing plans for key components based on market dynamics, supplier strategies, and customer requirements.
- Drive cost competitiveness and support business growth through strategic component planning.

4. Lead Demand Planning & Supply Readiness
- Develop demand forecasts and component allocation strategies to support business growth and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure component availability and optimize inventory.

5. Drive NPI Component Readiness
- Drive key component readiness for new AI server programs through cross-functional coordination and execution.
- Coordinate component qualification, validation, and implementation to ensure successful product development and launch.
