Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Backend or frontend development experience
- Track record of shipping production-grade software
- Ability to create scalable architectures and repeatable workflows
- Experience building MCP, agents, skills, or internal automation frameworks
- Experience with AI evaluation loops, monitoring, and guardrails
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end from design through observability
- C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, or React Native
- Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n
- High availability and reliability experience
