AI Software Tool Engineer

1. Develop and integrate AI agent harness
2. Develop and integrate software engineering system to improve software development lifecycle
3. Collect / analyze system requirement & system design
4. Support urgent system function or performance problem

Requirements

1.Experience with at least one of the following area:
- Agentic Coding / Spec-first development with coding agents (Claude, Codex, OpenCode)
- Git, Gitlab, Github for software version control
2.Great communication and teamwork skill
3.Great planning and executing capability
4.Plus if match the following criteria:
- Experience with embedded system development
- Experience with cellular technology 3GPP
Education: Master's Degree
