Job Description:

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral):

Must-Have:

• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI/ML or GenAI solutions from design through production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms, agentic workflows, integration patterns, APIs, data architecture and MLOps.
• Ability to design secure hybrid architectures spanning OT, edge, on-premise and cloud environments.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements for availability, performance, scalability, observability and cybersecurity.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate business and engineering needs into solution architecture.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, industrial IoT or digital twin programs.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs and engineering document intelligence.
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards and model governance practices.
