The Job

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to shape how AI solutions are designed and delivered across client
engagements. You will connect business needs with practical AI architectures, stay hands-on through PoCs and
technical reviews, and help engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development through coaching, reusable tools, and
clear standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and solution workshops, assess AI use cases, and translate business needs into feasible technical approaches.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-aware architectures using LLMs, RAG, agents, data integrations, and cloud services.
• Build or guide PoCs, review designs and code, and support critical technical decisions during delivery.
• Support solution scoping, technical proposals, presentations, and estimation for selected client opportunities.
• Lead AI enablement by coaching teams on AI-assisted development, coding agents, evaluation practices, and reusable engineering workflows.
• Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, governance principles, and success measures across AI projects.

Your Skills and Experience

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role, including recent hands-on Generative AI experience.
• Strong English communication, facilitation, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
• Personally built and delivered at least one LLM, RAG, or agent-based application beyond the prototype stage.
• Working knowledge of RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, tool calling, model selection, and AI system limitations.
• Experience designing cloud-based architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, privacy, performance, and cost trade-offs.
• Experience using AI coding tools and the ability to coach engineers in practical AI-assisted software development.
• Client-facing experience in discovery, requirement translation, architecture presentations, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical presales, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, or delivery estimation.
• Multi-agent systems, MCP, knowledge graphs, multimodal AI, or document intelligence.
• Experience designing technical training, engineering standards, or reusable solution accelerators.
• Spec-driven development, AI governance frameworks, or relevant cloud and AI certifications.
