Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with stakeholders across various business functions to identify opportunities where AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies can enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI applications, including agent-based solutions, knowledge retrieval platforms, and intelligent workflow automation tools.
- Lead projects from initial requirement gathering through design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
- Build integrations between AI solutions and enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, databases, and other business-critical systems.
- Establish best practices around AI governance, monitoring, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Drive user adoption by continuously refining solutions based on feedback and business outcomes.
- Solid experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
- Proven track record of deploying at least one production-ready LLM-based application or intelligent automation platform.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and experience working with modern AI frameworks, agent architectures, and LLM ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI orchestration tools, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and application monitoring.
- Demonstrated ownership of full project lifecycles from problem identification through post-production support.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
