【Responsibilities】
1.協助 Business Development 團隊進行客戶需求訪談、商機技術評估與解決方案定位
2.主導企業客戶 AI Use Case Discovery Workshop 與需求盤點
3.規劃企業級 AI Solution Architecture，包括：

• LLM / Generative AI
• RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）架構
• AI Agent Workflow
• API 與企業系統整合
• On-Prem / Hybrid Deployment Architecture

4.執行產品 Demo、技術簡報與高階主管 Solution Briefing
5.支援 RFI / RFP、Proposal、SOW 與技術文件撰寫
6.協助 POC / Validation 專案規劃與驗收指標定義
7.作為客戶與內部 Product / Engineering Team 的技術溝通橋樑，回饋市場需求與產品缺
8.協助既有客戶 Maintenance Agreement（MA）續約追蹤、合約管理，以及升級與擴充商機發掘，提升客戶長期價值

【Essential Qualifications】
1. 5 年以上以下任一相關經驗：

• Pre-Sales
• Solution Consultant
• Sales Engineer
• Solution Architect
• Enterprise IT Consulting

2. 熟悉企業軟體、AI Solution 或 IT Infrastructure 之 solution selling 流程
3. 能理解企業系統架構、資料流與 API 整合方式
4. 具備優秀簡報、溝通與需求分析能力
5. 能同時與技術團隊及 C-level 客戶有效溝通
6. 具高度 ownership、execution capability 與 problem-solving mindset

【Preferred Qualifications】
1.具備以下經驗者優先：

• GenAI / LLM / AI Agent 實務經驗
• RAG、Vector Database、MLOps 或 AI Deployment 經驗
• 資安、資料治理或企業合規架構相關經驗
• Subscription / Annual Contract / Maintenance Renewal 管理經驗

2. 曾服務以下產業：

• 金融
• 醫療
• 製造
• 政府 / 公部門
