About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Principal to lead client engagements, identify business opportunities, and shape AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders, understanding business challenges, defining solution strategies, and overseeing the successful delivery of AI initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, strategic priorities, and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined problem statements, solution proposals, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify suitable AI use cases and business improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases, solution presentations, proposals, and recommendations for executive-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Evaluate proposed solutions based on business value, feasibility, cost, scalability, risk, and expected outcomes.
- Oversee AI initiatives across multiple engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project objectives, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, resolve escalations, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
- Establish effective governance practices for AI initiatives, including responsible AI adoption, data privacy, security, and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate project progress, and facilitate decisions on priorities and delivery plans.
- Identify emerging AI trends and industry developments to recommend relevant business applications and transformation opportunities.
- Mentor team members and support continuous improvement in consulting practices, solution development, and client engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, business transformation, enterprise solutions, or strategic program management.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles involving business discovery, solution development, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Good understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, and their enterprise business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into structured recommendations and actionable implementation plans.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements, cross-functional teams, project governance, and delivery outcomes.
- Strong business communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing proposals, business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and manage competing priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise innovation initiatives.
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, data governance, and enterprise risk management.
