AI Solutions Analyst & Engineer
Summary
Design and deploy enterprise Generative AI and LLM solutions, including chatbots and RAG pipelines, while bridging business needs with technical delivery in a regulated environment.
Context
Join the Life Digital Solutions team responsible for delivering AI-driven digital initiatives. Working closely with the AI Center of Competence and IT teams, you will help define, deploy and continuously improve enterprise AI solutions in a regulated environment.
Mission Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects, combining Business Analysis, Solution Engineering and Prompt Engineering. The role includes enterprise chatbot development, LLM solution design and AI adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Deliver GenAI and LLM-based projects from discovery to rollout
• Design prompts, RAG pipelines and AI workflows
• Define and execute testing strategies (golden sets, regression, safety tests)
• Collaborate with AI, IT, Security and Business stakeholders
• Coordinate user testing, deployment and continuous improvement
• Monitor AI quality, latency, costs and performance
• Produce documentation, training materials and knowledge transfer
Key Requirements
• Master’s degree
• 5–8 years in Business Analysis, Solution Engineering or Digital Product Delivery
• Minimum 2 years working with GenAI / LLM solutions
• Data & reporting solutions (PowerBI, Azure DataBricks, Azure DataLake)
• Programming (Python, sql, …)
• Experience delivering enterprise chatbot projects
• Strong Prompt Engineering and RAG experience
• Experience with backlog management, acceptance criteria and testing
• Excellent stakeholder management
