AI Solutions Architect & Hands-on AI Engineer
Summary
Leads enterprise AI engagements end to end — customer discovery, AI architecture, and hands-on engineering — building production GenAI and agentic apps with Python, LLMs (OpenAI/Claude/Gemini), RAG, vector databases, and Azure/AWS/GCP, integrated with Salesforce, CRM/ERP, and enterprise data platforms.

Lead enterprise AI solutioning from discovery through implementation, combining customer consulting, AI architecture, and hands-on engineering to deliver scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer discovery, ask probing questions, and translate business needs into AI solutions.
Design AI architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
Build production AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, CRM/ERP, APIs, and enterprise data platforms.
Continuously improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, RAG optimization, evaluation, and feedback loops.
Support demos, PoCs, technical workshops, and mentor engineering teams.
Qualifications
8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years delivering enterprise AI solutions.
Strong Python, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar LLMs, vector databases, and RAG.
Excellent solutioning, communication, and customer-facing consulting skills.
