Designs and oversees end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI solutions at Rare Food Shop — translating business goals into AI strategy and architecture, integrating models into enterprise systems with DevOps/MLOps, and advising leadership. Uses ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI/LLMs, and data pipeline technologies. Onsite in Sucat, Parañaque City, Philippines.
Strategy & Vision
- Translate business objectives into clear AI/ML/GenAI
strategies, technical roadmaps and solutions architectures.
- Advise leadership on AI opportunities, trade-offs, and long
term scalability.
Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, from data
ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
Stakeholder
Collaboration
- Collaborate with company stakeholders and departments.
- Deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and
proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
Integration &
Development
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing
enterprise systems and workflows.
- Ensure smooth deployment into production environments
using modern DevOps and MLOps practices.
Technical Oversight &
Governance
- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for quality, performance,
security, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and
frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Innovation & Thought
Leadership
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, including Generative
AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Data Science or any related field
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and
Generative AI
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, big data architectures,
and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical
leadership skills
