About the role
An AI Solutions Engineer role focused on developing and implementing AI solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency. The position involves integrating AI, LLMs, and APIs with existing systems, designing automation workflows, and leading AI projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement AI solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Integrate AI, LLMs, and APIs with existing systems and databases.
Design and build automation workflows and intelligent applications.
Lead AI projects from requirements gathering, development, testing, to deployment.
Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing AI solutions and applications.
Work with other departments to identify business needs and deliver effective technology solutions.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, system integration, or automation.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Proficient in C# / ASP.NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Next.js.
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Supabase.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Make.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
Strong understanding of API integration, system architecture, and debugging.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to be based at SouthCity, Pondok Cabe.
