Design, develop, industrialize, and scale artificial intelligence and automation solutions that improve the organization's efficiency and operational capacity. The role combines direct technical execution —from proof of concept to production— with the comprehensive management of higher-complexity projects implemented alongside external providers, ensuring their alignment with business needs, technological architecture, security, quality, and user adoption.

What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases with measurable impact, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.

• Hands-on development of low and medium complexity internal solutions, including AI agents and assistants, automated flows, integrations, and functional prototypes, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Convert proofs of concept into production solutions, defining architecture, integrations, controls, testing, documentation, monitoring, maintenance, and scalability criteria.

• Manage AI solution implementation projects with external providers: scope, planning, budget, risks, deliverables, dependencies, monitoring, and coordination of the internal teams involved.

• Coordinate the evaluation and selection of technologies and providers, validating their functional, technical, economic, security, and data protection suitability.

• Drive best practices for governance and responsible AI use, measure the performance and adoption of solutions, and promote knowledge transfer to user teams.

What we're looking for

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Postgraduate training in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation will be valued.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technological projects, with at least 2 years developing and implementing AI, automation, or integration solutions.
• Creation or maintenance of reports and dashboards, data processing, and KPI monitoring
• Experience in corporate environments, change management, and adoption will be valued.
• English level B2, with the ability to work with technical documentation and international providers.
• Generative AI and language models, prompt design and agents, APIs and integrations, process automation, data processing, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), and related cloud services.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
