About the Role

AIPILOT is seeking a technically inclined intern to support the testing, deployment and ongoing operation of our AI education solutions.

You will assist with product testing, issue reproduction, device and system configuration, technical documentation, on-site deployment and user support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed product testing and document results to ensure quality and functionality
• Reproduce and accurately record user-reported issues to facilitate effective troubleshooting
• Configure systems, user accounts, and devices to support operational readiness
• Assist in school deployments, product demonstrations, and user training to enhance adoption
• Prepare clear technical guides, FAQs, and maintain issue-tracking records for user support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic skills in software, hardware, and network troubleshooting to support technical tasks
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, or software testing to contribute to development and quality assurance
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with users and team members
• Availability for at least 4–6 months, preferably three or more days per week
