AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer

We're looking for an AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer to help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automation and innovation across the business. Working within the Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered tools using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
What You'll Do- Develop and deploy AI-powered business solutions.
- Build Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
- Support AI governance, security and compliance requirements.
- Create user guidance and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Experience in AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI experience.
- Power Automate knowledge.
- Python, SQL or API integration experience.
- Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications
