AI Specialist - OCI Gen AI Log Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

AI Specialist

to architect, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of an intelligent log analytics and security pipeline—building multi-agent workflows that automate log parsing, anomaly detection, threat intelligence, and root-cause correlation. Key Responsibilities

Agentic System Architecture:

Design, test, and deploy production-ready multi-agent workflows using OCI Generative AI Agents to orchestrate operations across key domain areas (Log Parsing, Anomaly Detection, Threat IQ, Investigation, Correlation, and Executive Reporting).

Vector Database & RAG Implementation:

Architect and optimize high-throughput vector search capabilities using

Oracle Database 23ai

, implementing efficient indexing, chunking, and retrieval pipelines for AI-driven log querying.

OCI Ecosystem Integration:

Seamlessly integrate AI pipelines and agentic workloads with native OCI services, including

Log Analytics

,

Streaming

, and

OCI Cloud Guard

.

Protocol & Tool Setup:

Configure and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool execution layers utilizing

Oracle Database Tools

and

SQLcl

for secure agentic database access.

Performance Tuning:

Optimize prompt engineering, agent orchestration, retrieval latency, and context window management to ensure robust real-time incident analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise Generative AI & Agents:

3+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and agentic tool invocation.

Oracle AI Ecosystem:

Proven hands-on experience with

OCI Generative AI Agents

and

Oracle Database 23ai Vector Search

.

Integrations & Protocols:

Proficient with

Model Context Protocol (MCP)

, RESTful API development, Python, and advanced SQL.

Machine Learning & RAG:

Strong theoretical and practical foundation in anomaly detection algorithms, embedding models, and Vector Store implementation for RAG architectures.

Cloud & Security Native:

Experience working with OCI security and observability frameworks (OCI Log Analytics, Cloud Guard, Streaming/Kafka).
