Job Title: AI System Analyst / AI Solution Specialist

We are partnering with an expanding business to hire an experienced AI System Analyst / AI Solution Specialist to drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands‑on AI professional who enjoys building AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions from the ground up while working closely with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and digital capabilities.

This position will play a key role in shaping the company’s AI roadmap, developing scalable AI applications, and delivering innovative solutions across internal operations and customer‑facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions
• Analyze existing business operations and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through AI technologies
• Develop and enhance AI‑powered chatbot and virtual assistant solutions for customer service and internal business functions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define AI use cases, and deliver scalable AI solutions
• Participate in AI architecture planning, system integration, model deployment, and solution optimization
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLM solutions, and automation tools to support the company’s long‑term digital transformation strategy
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery including solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation enhancement
• Work closely with management and business users to translate business challenges into practical AI‑driven solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, AI, or related disciplines
• Solid software engineering or system development background with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Minimum 2–3 completed AI project delivery experiences in enterprise or commercial environments
• Hands‑on experience in AI chatbot development, workflow automation, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM‑related projects
• Familiar with technologies such as Python, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, vector databases, AI frameworks, or system integration architecture
• Experience working on enterprise digital transformation or automation projects is highly preferred
• Experience in IoT industry, smart devices, connected systems, or AIoT solutions will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good command of both Cantonese and English is required

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, RAG architecture, or enterprise AI deployment projects
• Experience integrating AI solutions into CRM, ERP, IoT platforms, or internal operational systems
• Knowledge of data governance, AI security, edge computing, and scalable AI infrastructure is a plus
