- Lead a team of AI Developers delivering enterprise-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions
- Design and develop Python and Java services, APIs, and AI components
- Build LLM integrations, RAG architectures, and agent-based workflows
- Develop prompt orchestration, output validation, and AI evaluation capabilities
- Work with AWS services including Bedrock, AgentCore, EKS, EC2, S3, and SQS
- Design CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
- Integrate AI services with enterprise security and observability frameworks
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to establish reusable patterns and engineering standards

We are a technology consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Generative and Agentic AI solutions for a major financial services client. This is a permanent AI Tech Lead Developer role in London, with hybrid working and three days per week onsite. The salary is £75,000–£85,000 plus benefits. Youll work alongside experienced architects, platform engineers, and development teams, leading delivery while remaining hands-on.
