You set the technical direction on GenAI initiatives that span the bank: from the first conversation with a business team through to production and beyond. You decide how things get built, you build with the team, and you make sure the right things actually get done in a complex organisation. Your focus shifts with the use case: backend, frontend, from leveraging LLM's to agentic. You own outcomes, not just architecture diagrams.
