AI Technical Lead
As we continue to grow our Microsoft Business Applications and AI practice, we're looking for a Frontier Firm - AI Technical Lead to lead our AI pre-sales capability while remaining hands-on in shaping innovative AI-led customer solutions.
Working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery teams and Microsoft technologies, you'll play a key role in helping customers unlock the value of AI, ensuring proposed solutions are commercially viable, technically robust and aligned to best practice.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, mentoring and developing the AI Pre-Sales team.
- Supporting customer discovery workshops, demonstrations and solution design sessions.
- Shaping AI-led solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform and wider Microsoft technologies.
- Working alongside Sales teams to support proposals, tenders and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Providing technical assurance and oversight on complex opportunities.
- Developing reusable demo assets, solution accelerators and pre-sales best practice.
- Supporting pipeline reviews and helping prioritise technical resources across opportunities.
- Contributing to AI propositions, thought leadership and customer-facing content.
What we're looking for
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture within a Microsoft environment.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical consultants or specialists.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Power Platform.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility and delivery success.
