Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Tools & Enablement Specialist with 3–11+ years of experience to drive the adoption, enablement, and operationalization of AI tools across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms, productivity AI tools, low‑code automation platforms, data science environments, and API‑based AI integrations. This role focuses on enabling teams to effectively leverage AI capabilities, build AI‑powered solutions, and accelerate business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable enterprise adoption of AI tools and platforms across business functions
- Evaluate, configure, and implement AI solutions aligned with organizational needs
- Support AI experimentation, prototyping, and rapid solution development
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and productivity enhancements
- Create enablement materials, best practices, and usage guidelines for AI platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities
- Configure and support enterprise AI assistants, AI copilots, and generative AI solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications using APIs and automation frameworks
- Support governance, security, and responsible AI adoption practices
- Monitor AI tool usage, adoption metrics, and business impact
- Provide training and guidance to users on effective AI utilization
Required Technical Skills – AI & Data Science Platforms
- Hands‑on experience with Dataiku, Databricks or Vertex AI Workbench for AI experimentation, analytics, and machine learning workflows
- Experience supporting AI/ML development environments and collaborative data science platforms
Generative AI & AI Assistants
- Experience with Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Gemini for enterprise AI enablement and productivity use cases
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI assistants, and Generative AI adoption practices
- Experience evaluating AI capabilities for business workflows
Low‑Code & Automation Platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Appian for workflow automation, application development, and business process enablement
- Ability to design AI-powered automation solutions using low-code platforms
AI Integration & APIs
- Experience integrating AI services using APIs
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and connecting AI capabilities with enterprise applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–11+ years of experience in AI enablement, automation, analytics, digital transformation, software development, or technology consulting
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, Generative AI capabilities, and enterprise AI adoptionExcellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing enterprise AI adoption programs
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with automation workflows, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
