Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into process maps, use‑case definitions, and implementation plans.
Design, configure, and deploy AI‑enabled workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Power Automate, and Zapier.
Implement and optimise AI agents, prompt workflows, and knowledge‑based solutions using established blueprints and best practices.
Support pilot launches, testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements before production rollout.
Partner with business stakeholders to drive user adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Develop user guides, training materials, and FAQs to support ongoing operations.
Monitor outcomes, document lessons learned, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI transformation frameworks.
Support leadership teams with project reporting, success metrics, and value‑tracking initiatives.
Requirements
6‑8 years of experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, Product, Operations, Digital Transformation, or similar client‑facing roles.
Hands‑on experience building automations or AI‑enabled workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Power Automate, or Zapier.
Strong business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience.
Solid understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering concepts, AI agents, and business use cases for AI adoption.
Basic scripting and data skills using Python, TypeScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, documentation, and training capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across concurrent client engagements.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
