AI Transformation Manager
The opportunity
We're working with a leading multinational consultancy to recruit an AI Transformation Manager in Bucharest. This is a business-led consulting and product ownership role. You'll identify valuable AI opportunities, redesign processes and help client teams take AI and agentic workflows from discovery to adoption and measurable results.
What you'll do
Lead discovery and process-redesign workshops with business and technology teams.
Map workflows, decisions, hand-offs, bottlenecks, controls and performance baselines.
Identify and prioritize AI/agentic use cases by business value, feasibility, risk and speed to impact.
Serve as the consulting-side product owner: define outcomes, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop business cases, KPIs, benefit ownership and value-tracking approaches.
Work with solution architects and delivery teams on requirements, dependencies and human oversight.
Support change management, stakeholder alignment, user adoption and transition into business-as-usual operations.
What we're looking for
7+ years in management consulting, digital transformation, product management or process improvement.
Strong experience in business-case development, process mapping/redesign, agile delivery and executive facilitation.
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Working knowledge of AI, agentic workflows, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluations and human-in-the-loop controls.
Confidence using Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable product-delivery tools.
Excellent stakeholder communication and fluent English.
Nice to have: familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK or similar.
The fit
Predominantly business transformation and product ownership, supported by solid AI literacy. This is not a pre-sales architect or engineering-manager position.
