AI Tutor - Applied Math

You will enhance Grok with high-quality applied-mathematics annotations and inputs. You will verify solutions, identify reasoning and numerical errors, annotate datasets, solve problems across applied mathematics, evaluate AI-generated responses, and improve annotation workflows with technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs, verify mathematical solutions, identify errors, and produce rigorous solutions and explanations.
• Annotate and label data for designated projects using proprietary software applications.
• Support the delivery of accurate, well-curated datasets that meet project standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and train new tasks.
• Improve the design, functionality, and efficiency of annotation tools and workflows.
• Solve applied-mathematics problems and critically evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks according to established guidelines and project requirements.

Requirements

• Hold a master’s degree or PhD in mathematics with a specialization in an applied mathematics subfield, or hold an International Mathematical Olympiad medal or comparable high-level mathematics competition result.
• Demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher.
