AI User Experience Tester

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a fresh graduate / entry-level candidate to join our team as an AI User Experience Tester.
You do not need previous software testing experience for this position.

Your main responsibility will be to interact with our WhatsApp-based AI application as a real user. You will ask questions, try different ways of communicating with the system, and check whether the system understands the user correctly and provides the expected response.

This role is suitable for someone who is curious, observant, logical and enjoys trying different ways of asking questions.

Job Responsibilities

• Use the WhatsApp application and interact with the system as a normal user.

• Ask questions based on different real-life user scenarios.

• Try different ways of asking the same question.

• Test different wording, sentence structures and follow-up questions.

• Test simple, unclear, incomplete and unexpected questions.

• Check whether the system understands what the user is asking.

• Check whether the system provides the correct and relevant response.

• Identify incorrect, incomplete, confusing or unexpected responses.

• Compare the system response against the expected result.

• Record questions and responses when an issue is identified.

• Provide clear feedback to the Product and IT team.

• Retest the system after improvements or corrections are made.

• Suggest improvements to make the conversation more natural and user-friendly.
  

No Experience Required

We welcome fresh graduates and candidates without previous software testing experience.

Training and guidance will be provided.

You do not need to know programming or automation testing.

What is more important is your ability to:

• Think from a user's perspective

• Ask questions in different ways

• Identify when an answer does not make sense

• Pay attention to small details

• Follow instructions carefully

• Communicate issues clearly
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

• Good command of English.

• Good communication skills.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and web/mobile applications.

• Good analytical and logical thinking.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Patient and willing to perform repetitive testing.

• Able to document findings clearly.

• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
  

Advantage

The following would be an advantage but are not required:

• Interest in AI and ChatGPT-type applications.

• Experience using chatbots or AI tools.

• Basic understanding of software applications.

• Previous internship or project experience involving applications or technology.
