AI Video Content Creator | S$4,000–S$5,000 | 5-Day Week

Our client, a Singapore-based artificial intelligence company specialising in Generative AI, AI Agents, Multimodal AI and enterprise AI applications, is looking for an AI Video Content Creator to join its Content Operations Department.

This position is suitable for a hands-on creative professional who can transform emerging AI capabilities into engaging videos, product demonstrations and social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated product promotional videos, feature demonstrations, tutorials, brand videos and social-media content.
• Manage the complete production workflow, including prompt engineering, storyboarding, shot planning, AI generation and video refinement.
• Maintain character, visual and stylistic consistency across multiple AI-generated shots.
• Create AI-generated characters, environments, illustrations, product visuals, posters and thumbnails.
• Research, test and compare newly released AI video and image-generation models.
• Develop prompt best practices and efficient AI creative workflows.
• Handle post-production, including video editing, subtitles, voice-over integration, sound effects, background music, colour correction and transitions.
• Develop content based on AI trends, product features and audience interests.
• Produce and optimise content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Communicate and collaborate with overseas offices and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI content creation, video production, multimedia production or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered regardless of academic background.
• Hands-on experience in AI video generation, AI image generation and prompt engineering.
• Strong visual sense, storytelling ability and creative thinking.
• Able to independently manage a complete AI creative workflow.
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Seedance, Google Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling AI, Hailuo AI, Luma, Wan Video or PixVerse.
• Familiarity with AI image tools such as GPT Image, FLUX, Seedream, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram or Recraft.
• Experience with ComfyUI or similar AI workflow platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
• Able to understand English technical documentation and AI-model release information.
• Fast learner who can evaluate and apply emerging AI tools.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with local and overseas stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving AI environment.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants should provide:

• An updated resume
• An AI-video portfolio
• At least three original AI-video projects
• Details of the AI models and tools used for each project
• Prompt examples or workflow notes, if available
• Relevant social-media accounts, if applicable

Working Arrangements

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: Office-based
• Location: 2 Leng Kee Road
• Nearest MRT: Redhill MRT (EW18), approximately 3–5 minutes’ walk

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$4,000–S$5,000 per month
• Performance Bonus
• Annual Leave: Seven days initially, increasing by one day for each completed year of service
• Medical and Dental Reimbursement: Up to S$300 per year

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will undergo an initial screening followed by an on-site practical assessment.

The assessment may involve:

• Creating an AI-generated video based on an assigned topic
• Preparing prompts and a storyboard
• Selecting suitable AI models
• Producing and refining the video
• Explaining the model selection, prompts and creative workflow
