Salary: ₦300,000 monthly base + ₦50,000 work support allowance (₦350,000 total monthly)

About the Role

Dokitami, a healthcare company focused on accessible, technology-enabled care, is seeking a highly creative, performance-driven AI Video Editor to produce high-performing video advertising creatives at scale using AI video-generation tools, editing software, footage, voiceovers, and other approved resources — turning scripts and concepts into engaging direct-response advertisements.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce AI-generated video advertisements from scripts and creative briefs
• Generate realistic AI presenters, scenes, voiceovers, and visuals
• Edit doctor-led, UGC-style, testimonial, and direct-response advertisements
• Combine AI-generated and real footage with graphics, text, and other assets
• Create multiple variations of successful ads (hooks, pacing, visuals, CTAs)
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, and music where appropriate
• Format and export creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and other platforms
• Maintain organised project files and labelled exports
• Complete revisions promptly based on feedback
• Continuously improve quality and effectiveness of AI-generated content
• Work closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers
• Study advertising performance and apply insights to future productions

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills and understanding of visual storytelling
• Experience using AI-powered video/creative production tools
• Ability to create engaging advertising content from scripts and briefs
• Understanding of or willingness to learn direct-response advertising
• Strong attention to detail and creative judgement
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Responsive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant video-editing and/or advertising work
