About the role
JCHM Limited (service company to a law firm) is seeking an AI Workflow Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District, this role offers the opportunity to design and develop sophisticated AI-driven workflows that transform how organisations operate. As an AI Workflow Designer, you will be at the forefront of product development, assisting in production and reviewing of our publications, creating intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. This is a strategic position within our product management & development function, where your expertise will directly influence the evolution of our AI capabilities and product offerings.
Key responsibilities
Design AI workflows that address business challenges, translating requirements into scalable and efficient automation solutions, while assisting in production and reviewing of our publications and work documents:
Enhancing our statistics‑based app (SUDPA) to generate insights such as average IPO commission percentages and deal points analysis.
Assisting in production and reviewing of our publications and work documents.
Collaborating with lawyers and technical staff to translate legal requirements into practical AI workflows.
Ensuring compliance with data security and professional standards.
What we're looking for
Experience in workflow design, process automation, or AI product development
Demonstrated expertise in designing user-centred workflows and automation solutions
Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts and their practical applications in business processes
Proficiency in workflow automation platforms, business process management (BPM) tools or low-code/no-code development environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese proficiency
