Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture for the SDP platform estate
  • Design and operate automated triage and incident classification processes, routing issues by business capability and technical stack ahead of L2 engagement
  • Provide technical governance on platform-layer changes, guardrails, and patterns for the low-code/no-code environment
  • Act as the technical point of contact for the SDP platform governance function
  • Identify operational failure patterns and recommend platform-side fixes
  • Maintain SLA compliance, including P1 15 min/4 h and P2 30 min/8 h, with round-the-clock coverage for highly critical applications

Requirements

  • 14+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on work in platform/solution architecture and AI/ML or AIOps
  • Experience building autonomous multi-agent workflows, LLMOps pipelines, RAG systems, and tool-use integrations across platforms like Datadog, Jira, and AWS APIs
  • Background working with cloud-hosted Python environments (AWS preferred), including distributed databases and governance of low-code/no-code platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus/Grafana, overseeing 300+ production environments
  • Experience governing low-code/no-code platforms
  • Strong ability to explain technical risks and operational status to non-technical business application owners
