Delta Electronics is seeking a IT AIOT team Key project promotion and task support, add human power of Software and DES solution develop, algin with Product/Project Management enables the company to achieve a long-term business goal., and creates a blueprint for building an integrated framework of easily accessible, secure data aligned with our team strategy.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Develop, plan, and implement software, products, technical solutions, and projects.
2. Plan, manage, and coordinate the development schedule for software, products, and technical solutions projects.
3. Develop software and product specifications and target costs, assess feasibility, implement, and control the schedule.
4. Conduct software and solution requirements surveys and provide them to the R&D department as a reference for software, product, and solution development.
5. Possess experience developing multiple operating platforms.
6. Define SA/SD and program structure.
7. Coordination of in-house and vendor resources for competent project staffing.
8. Good understanding of functional and non-functional requirements to ascertain customer needs and define user stories.
9. Adept in understanding and choosing the best-fit methodology from Agile and Waterfall.
10. Determining project scope, planning and measuring timely performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain project documentation and minimize project risks.

【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2. 5-7 years of professional experience in software and Digital manufacturing development using Java, Python and Spring Boot.
3. Hands-on experience with AIoT technologies and protocols.
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
5. Knowledge of InfluxDB for time-series data storage and Grafana for data visualization.
6. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
