AIR-CONDITIONING ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Install, service, maintain and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems

Perform routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance

Diagnose system faults and carry out troubleshooting and corrective repairs

Conduct chemical washing, cleaning and replacement of faulty components

Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and engineering standards

Prepare service reports and maintenance records

Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests

Assist engineers and supervisors in project and site works
