The company has been
well-established in the industry since 2012 and is located in Sydney’s Bayside
area. They are a Commercial Refrigeration and Air conditioning company,
servicing and installing across various sites in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Their technicians are experts in both commercial, residential, retail, and
industrial installation and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
The Position…
The role on offer is for an enthusiastic Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
apprentice to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. You will be working
with an experienced team that has extensive knowledge and expertise in
installing and servicing various types of air conditioning and refrigeration
units. You will be provided with the mentoring and support that you need
throughout your apprenticeship. As you gain experience and skills, you will be
trusted to accomplish your own tasks on occasion.
The ideal candidate will have
the following:
- Enrolled or planning to enroll as an HVAC-R
Apprentice undergoing an Australian-approved course to obtain the
qualification.
- Experience in all types of HVAC-R industry
work is preferred but having the willingness to learn is an absolute must.
- Hold a current Australian Driver’s License.
- Hold a Construction Induction Safety
Certificate (White Card).
- Have the right to work in Australia
(mandatory).
- Air conditioning and/or refrigeration service
skills (highly beneficial).
- Ability to read and work to design plans.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Have initiative and enthusiasm
- Reliable and punctual
- Committed to safe work practices
- Able to work independently and as a part of a
team
- Your own car is preferable but not
required.
