Job Description\:

You'll provide hands-on testing expertise while leading testing activities across your assigned workstream, helping to coordinate resources, remove blockers and drive successful delivery across complex ERP projects.

Working closely with the Test Manager, senior stakeholders and wider project teams, you'll support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape testing best practice across the function.

Core duties\:

• Plan, assign and manage testing activities within your allocated workstream
• Coordinate testing activities to support effective sprint delivery and resource utilisation
• Provide guidance and support to testers, helping to resolve issues and remove blockers
• Work closely with the Test Manager to prioritise testing scope and support sprint planning
• Identify risks, drive process improvements and report on testing progress and outcomes

Essential Skills\:

• Experience in a Senior Tester, Lead Tester or similar role
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA)
• Ability to translate business, functional and technical requirements into test scenarios
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile delivery environments
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple projects or workstreams
• Ability to identify and manage testing risks, issues and dependencies
