Air Export Customer Service Executive [SL]

Coordinate and manage airfreight export operations from booking through cargo preparation, documentation, export clearance, billing and shipment closure.

Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment status updates and ensure service requirements are met.

Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers, customs authorities and internal teams on shipment arrangements.

Prepare and verify export shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.

Monitor cargo readiness and shipment progress, following up on delays or discrepancies where necessary.

Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases to management when required.

Maintain complete shipment records, reports and billing documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline export processes and enhance customer experience.

Provide guidance to junior team members and support daily operational activities.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
