- Prepared and verified export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits.
- Collaborated with airlines, freight partners, transport providers, overseas offices, and customers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Tracked shipment milestones, resolved operational issues, and maintained on-time delivery performance.
- Provided responsive customer support by handling shipment inquiries, documentation requests, and status updates.
- Maintained service excellence by meeting customer expectations and operational KPIs while fostering strong business relationships.
- Assisted with additional operational and administrative duties as required.
