Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new Air Freight business opportunities within the SME and mid-market customer segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, business reviews, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer supply chain challenges and develop tailored, value-based logistics solutions.
- Grow wallet share by promoting Air Freight services and adjacent logistics offerings, including customs brokerage and trucking solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with product, pricing, capacity management, and operational teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term retention.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of success in business development, new business acquisition, or field sales within Air Freight, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of external sales experience in international transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong consultative selling and value-based sales skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience using Salesforce, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern sales technologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to support customer meetings and business development activities.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirement: Some travel required
Compensation Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, plus SIP

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
