Air Freight Customer Service Manager [EL]
- Lead and oversee the Customer Service team supporting Sales and global MNC clients
- Ensure team compliance with SOPs and service KPIs
- Work closely with import and export operations to ensure timely shipment execution
- Manage and align customer expectations with internal operational capabilities
- Liaise with overseas offices and agents on shipment coordination and updates
- Support Sales activities including client engagement, pricing support, and business development
- Investigate service-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare regular service performance and management reports
