Air Freight Operations Coordinator [EL]

Coordinate air export shipments and ensure smooth daily operations.

Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, and warehouse handling.

Prepare and check shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, and export permits.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices.

Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delays or irregularities.

Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status, schedules, and documentation.

Ensure customer requirements and KPIs are achieved.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
