Summary
Coordinates air freight shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries by liaising with teams, vendors, and transport partners.
Coordinate with internal teams on shipment planning and documentation
Ensure all shipping documents are accurate to support smooth customer deliveries
Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on pre-alerts in a timely manner
Liaise with vendors and transport partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues
Assist in special projects and provide operational support when required
- Work closely with warehouse partners and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
