• Maintain accurate and timely data entry in operational systems.
• Track shipments and provide status updates and reports.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, and stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management in line with business needs
