【 Key Responsibilities】

• Handle air import customs declaration processes, including preparation and submission of import entries and related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, customs authorities, and relevant parties to ensure smooth cargo clearance and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Arrange trucking and cargo pick-up, and perform cost verification and system posting.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
• Support team operations and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management in line with business needs.

• 與客戶、海關及相關單位溝通協調，確保貨物順利通關，並處理異常狀況。
• 安排提貨派車作業，並負責相關成本確認及系統入帳。
• 遵循公司流程及法規要求，確保作業合規。
• 支援團隊日常運作，並與跨部門合作以提升整體作業效率。
• 配合主管交辦事項及公司營運需求，執行相關業務。
