【工作內容 Key Responsibilities】
1. 負責空運進口報關作業，製作進口報單及相關通關文件，確保符合相關法規要求。
Handle air import customs declaration processes, including preparation and submission of import entries and related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. 與客戶、海關及相關單位溝通協調，確保貨物順利通關，並處理異常狀況。
Coordinate with customers, customs authorities, and relevant parties to ensure smooth cargo clearance and resolve shipment-related issues.
3. 安排提貨派車作業，並負責相關成本確認及系統入帳。
Arrange trucking and cargo pick-up, and perform cost verification and system posting.
4. 遵循公司流程及法規要求，確保作業合規。
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations..
5. 支援團隊日常運作，並與跨部門合作以提升整體作業效率。
Support team operations and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
6. 配合主管交辦事項及公司營運需求，執行相關業務。
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management in line with business needs.

【需求條件 Qualifications】
1. 專科以上學歷，國際貿易、物流管理、航運管理或相關科系尤佳。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.
2. 具備報關相關經驗者尤佳，無經驗但具學習意願者亦可。
Prior experience in customs brokerage is preferred; candidates without experience but with strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
3. 熟悉進出口報關流程及相關法規者佳。
Knowledge of import/export customs procedures and regulatory requirements is a plus.
4. 具備良好的溝通協調能力，能有效與客戶及相關單位互動。
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
5. 細心負責，具高度執行力，能在壓力下維持作業品質與效率。
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
6. 具備基本英文讀寫能力，能處理英文文件及郵件。
English reading and writing skills required for handling documents and emails.
7. 熟悉電腦操作（如 Excel、報關系統等）者佳。
Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and customs declaration systems.
