How you create impact
Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of shipments and ensure efficient file handling, with complete and accessible customer data
Ensure stakeholders deliver in line with customer expectations while complying with regulatory requirements
Monitor shipments consistently and communicate proactively with customers
Respond promptly to customer feedback, complaints, and escalations, with swift corrective actions
Promote awareness and usage of customer-facing digital solutions
Participate in relevant trainings to stay updated
Support or lead customer implementations, ensuring involvement from OCC/RCC/OM as required
Participate in GCIM Scalable trainings
Manage customer growth and focus on retention
Drive profitability through effective spot quotations, quick response times, upselling, and promotion of KN products
Perform ongoing GP analysis and liaise with procurement stakeholders
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in air freight or freight forwarding (customer service)
Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading)
Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Flexible with working arrangements
