We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Delhi, with a strong focus on the Healthcare segment. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
How you create impact
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention in close collaboration with Field Sales and Operational Care Centers (OCC).
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through daily interactions, regular customer visits, and proactive consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely quotations within the defined pricing guidelines.
- Support customer onboarding, ensuring all requirements and initial customer orders are accurately captured in relevant KN systems.
- Partner with Revenue Care Centers (RCC) to review and adjust customer credit limits in line with business developments and coordinate necessary actions.
- Analyze customer feedback, identify service gaps, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and review customer reports to support effective account management and decision-making.
- Support customer portfolio growth through product upscaling and identification of business opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Key Account Management, OCC, RCC, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic business objectives.
What we would like you to bring
- 5–10 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, or a related commercial/operations environment.
- Experience within Healthcare logistics / freight forwarding will be highly preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior operations exposure will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for product upscaling and account growth.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers at different levels and conducting regular customer meetings.
- Willingness to travel within India, approximately 20%, including customer site visits.
