Air Logistics National Revenue Care Manager

As the National Revenue Care Manager, you will lead a team responsible for billing, collections, supplier payments, and profitability control across Air Logistics operations. This role combines operational understanding, financial oversight, and people leadership to ensure process excellence, strong business performance, and an engaged, high-performing team.
How you create impact
- Lead the Revenue Care team, creating a collaborative environment and helping people perform at their best.
- Ensure accurate billing, collections, and supplier payments, supporting a healthy cash flow.
- Drive profitability by identifying risks, cost deviations, and revenue leakage opportunities.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Shared Services to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Analyze shipment-level financial performance and turn insights into action plans.
- Continuously improve processes, controls, and team capabilities to support business growth.
What we would like you to bring
- Solid experience in Freight Forwarding, ideally with strong exposure to Air Logistics.
- Knowledge of billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and profitability management.
- Understanding of how operational activities impact revenue, costs, and financial results.
- Experience leading and developing teams through change, engagement, and performance improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced English skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different countries.
