Air Operations manager

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and overseas agents for cargocollection and delivery
• Plan and optimize international shipment routes while negotiating competitiverates
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with customs andinsurance requirements
• Ensure cargo meets destination country regulations to avoid delays and reducecosts
• Create and manage Air Waybills (AWB) for smooth cargo movement
• Provide excellent customer service to shippers, consignees, and logisticspartners
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with destination agents
• Generate cargo reports and maintain accurate records
• Support export cargo planning and warehouse coordination
• Handle export declarations where required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
• above 4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding preferred
• Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English is essential)
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good interpersonal and cultural awareness skills
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
